Population with a suitable access to the primary attention of health, improving its quality of life.

Objective

To complement and extend the health care system for the CLEM area and Montero by offering quality services with a warm human touch.

Goals

1 º Groups of women empowered and compromised with the health of the community and work for their development (CLEM members, Schools, Club of mothers, etc.).
2 º Outpatient service improved, providing primary health care of quality and warmth to the community.
3º Services with increased coverage

4º Activities of groups working in productive enterprises.

5º Program support with foreign professionals volunteers to help with the community development.

PLAN OF ACTIVITIES

1. Women empowered and committed to improve the level of living of their community (Women of neighborhoods, OTBs, CLEM members, representatives of Educational Units, Club of mothers).


2. Outpatient service improved, providing quality primary health care to the community.


- Consultations. – Two doctors seeing pacients (children and adults)


- Clinical Laboratory .- Providing the next services: urine, fecal feces, hematocrit, pregnancy test, glycemia, blood complete Plasmodium, smear.


- Nursery room .- Inyectables, serums, healings, checking vital signs (control weight, height, blood pressure, temperature)

– Pharmacy .- With essential drugs and branded drugs for sale.


- Tuberculosis Program: To find, treat, monitoring and cure patients with TB

- Training: Develop and promote training for the staff.

3. Increased health services and coverage to the community
To take place on daily basis both in the medical center and monitoring the families at home.
* Training / Incentive to health promoters.

* Capturing the Epidemiological Surveillance and tracking cases of risk (EDA,
Pneumonia, DNT, Cervix cancer and breast Symptomatic Respiratory, New Families, Deaths, and Births) through health promoters.

* Immunization (PAI).

* Administration of micronutrients (Anemia – Malnutrition).

* Control of growth and development Children <5 years.

* Comprehensive care of illnesses in children (IMCI).

* Control of families with registration systematized (Family Stories).

* Prenatal control

* Signs of dangers in newborn and the puerperal.

* Puerperal control

* Capturing symptomatic respiratory- Tuberculosis

* Fluoridization.

4. Coordinate groups of volunteers in the health area and enterprising activities.
Project planning:

· Building and equipping the medical center.

· Set up a dental clinic

· Implementation of a gynecologist clinic

· Workshops for poor women of the community to learn how to manufacture products for the local and international market: production and knitting aguayo fabric, bamboo crafts, painting works, products made of alpaca, production of chocolates, desserts, food based on soya, production of butter and preparation of granola.

· Activities to teach hygiene.

· Plan the creation of a model kindergarten with: education, nutrition, recreation and good care.

· Multiple workshops focused on women for: self-esteem, reading, writing, personal wellness, empowerment of her activities, and others.

5. Programs of support with professional volunteers from abroad to support the development of the community.

· Specialist doctors in various patient needs.

· Volunteers in construction working on the expansion of the medical center.

· Other professionals working in strategic programs for the development of the community.
